📌Chat with AI is not enabled by default in Orchidea. Learn in this article how a workspace administrator can enable it in Workspace settings.
- Open Chat with AI by clicking its icon in the top navigation of Orchidea.
- Select one of the six predefined chat prompts or write your own in the chat box at the bottom of the screen. If you choose to use the predefined prompts, please remember to fill in the missing details that are marked with brackets.
- You continue the chat with AI and can ask, for example, it to merge the proposals or look for similar ones.
- In the right panel, you see all your past AI chats. You can
- Reopen and continue a past chat by clicking the chat name
- Edit the the chat name
- Delete the chat
