Export proposals

You can export your collected proposals into a Word or Excel in channels, challenges and workshops.

Export proposals in channels

1. Go to the channel of your need.
2. If you want to export your ideas in channels go to Workflow.
3. Choose list view by pressing on in the upper right corner.
4. Choose the proposals you want to export.
5. Press on   and choose whether to export your proposals into a Word or Excel file.
   
   

Downloading of the file will start automatically.

Export proposals in challenges

1. Go to the challenge of your choice.
2. The head to the Proposals tab.
3. Choose list view by pressing on in the right upper corner.
4. Choose the proposals you want to export.
5. Press on   and choose whether you want to export your proposals into a Word or Excel file.

Export proposals in workshops

1. Go to the workshop of your choice.
2. The head to the Results phase.
3. Choose list view by pressing on in the right upper corner.
4. Choose the proposals you want to export.
5. Press on   and choose whether you want to export your proposals into a Word or Excel file.
