      Merge proposals

      Channel managers can effortlessly merge proposals using AI or by hand.

      Start by heading to the chosen channel. In the channel go to the workflow found on the left under the channel banner. In the workflow, change to list view by clicking on the upper right corner. Then,

      1. Select the proposals you want to merge.
      2. Open the Tools-menu and click on Merge Proposals.
        Click on Merge proposals
      3. In the opening screen, you have two options: 1. merge the ideas with AI, or 2. create a simple combined version of the proposals. The process is the same in both cases and either way, you can edit the details by hand. 
      4. So, click on either Create AI version or the simple version. Your merged proposal will then appear. You can continue with the given merged proposal, or by clicking the Create AI version again, it will give you another option. Alternative versions will be listed on the left.

      5. Adjust the details, and select the information to be copied to the new proposal as well as its status in steps 2 and 3.
      6. When you're ready, click on Submit merge. The proposal will be saved and it will have created in a merge tag
