Export proposals to Word or Excel

You can export your collected proposals into a Word or Excel in channels, challenges and workshops.

Export proposals in channels

1. Go to the channel of your choice.
2. Select the Workflow tab.
3. Choose the list view by clicking the icon in the upper right corner of the Workflow tab.
4. Select the proposals for export by adding a tick-in-the-box to the left side of the proposal name.
5. Click Tools => Export and choose whether to export your proposals into a Word or Excel file.
6. Downloading of the file will start automatically.

Export proposals in challenges

1. Go to the challenge of your choice.
2. Select the Proposals tab.
3. Choose the list view by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner of the Proposals tab.
4. Select the proposals for export by adding a tick-in-the-box to the left side of the proposal name.
5. Click Tools => Export and choose whether to export your proposals into a Word or Excel file.
6. Downloading of the file will start automatically.

Export proposals in workshops

1. Go to the workshop of your choice and head there to the Results phase of the workshop.
2. Choose list view by pressing on the icon in the upper right corner of the Results phase.
   
3. Select the proposals for export by adding a tick-in-the-box to the left side of the proposal name.
4. Click Tools => Export and choose whether to export your proposals into a Word or Excel file.
5. Downloading of the file will start automatically.
